The wheel fits to any bike with minor alterations. The added wheel suspension works with traditional fork suspension. Baigh explains his design in the video below. The LoopWheel is another design that features bow-spokes, only these are in elliptical shapes. The carbon composite springs isolate the rider from the high-frequency road noise preventing aches caused by jolting.
The loopwheel was designed by company founder Sam Pearce, a product designer and mechanical engineer. The spokes have been replaced by a new interior that makes it easier to go over uneven or bumpy ground and removes vibration.
Talking with Sam and Gemma it is clear that Loopwheels wont be stopping with just this one product, hints are dropped and you can see ideas formulating in their heads as they talk with you.

The Loopwheels on the other hand, provide what Loopwheels call, “tangential suspension.” Basically, they work in every direction, according to Loopwheels.com. Just purchased a 2nd Traxion for my wife; after she borrowed mine she had to have one. This one arrived in perfect condition via UPS. Had to fine tune the brakes and shifters but that is easy. The people here having pedal/crank problems are causing the problem themselves by installing them dry and severly over tightening them. Put a little grease on the threads and take them down to just beyond finger tight. They are threaded opposite of the crank rotation and will not back out, and if you ever need to replace them they'll come out easily without seizing or galling. Great bike for the money!

I don’t think it would affect the brake track. The wheel would flex on the bottom but would return to original shape and diameter when it rolled far enough to not be in contact with the ground. Due to the internal suspension, only about a 1/3 of the total weight of the wheel is un-sprung weight, actually lowering the weight that is 'seen' by the axle. There are a lot of good points that have been made in this thread. I think a big factor in your decision will be really the road conditions in your area. Lots of changes in slopes that cause you to bottom out would not be a good thing for a lowered vehicle. The cars I have seen here look quite good, mostly because they have either 19s or dubs on them. I'm having such a tough decision on whether or not I want to get a ZR or G coupe. Keep the pics coming...maybe it'll help persuade me one way or another.

I think so. The minor hand pull I did front and rear was only for aesthetics. The rear wheels definitely gain a lot of neg camber when compressed so shouldn't be an issue there and the front should be fine as well. What you may want to take into account is the "rim protector" on certain tires is fairly aggressive on some (Continental Extreme Contact Sport) but not existent on others (Hankook V12 Evo2). If any amount of poke bothers you, then try to look at pictures of wheels and look for that. But I would again say that is more for aesthetics. But I would prob look into removing the locating pin on the upper strut mount up front first and adding in that little bit of neg camber for more clearance first.
