Loopwheels are currently available in a 20-inch size for bikes and a larger size for wheelchairs. They are working on 26- and 29-inch wheels for bicycles. However, OP, an admitted newbie, did not tell us the year and model of his Thor (I may have missed it), nor the type of jack nor the degree of slope he could be considering - so, to err on the side of safety when advising someone that is NOT familiar with his equipment I think our answer should be a conservative and collective NO - don't go off the ground for the drive axle (brakes). The shocks will limit how much the front air bags can extend, whether or not it damages the front shocks is a different topic. As a general rule MH's with solid front axles state in the owners manual NOT to lift front wheels off the ground. Am I missing something here? That seems like a pretty big failing, as there are plenty of reasons to need wheels in a fixed position.

I started to remove the bike and it came out easily. I began removing the padding and cutting zip ties. Everything looked great although I was a bit concerned as there were no instructions included. Upon further unpacking, I could easily see there were minor steps to assembly which became self explanatory. I screwed in the right peddle and a small bearing fell into my hand. I called the number on the bike and explained the situation. In under 10 mins, a new peddle was on its way free of charge. I completed the assembly and took it for a test drive. The bike felt solid and drove like a champ! This is going to be a fun bike to use on the trails!! Bike arrived yesterday, so I put it together last night, and attempted to ride it. The gears don't change properly, and the chain constantly runs on the chain guard. Tries to adjust the gears, but to no avail. I got it close but either the chain runs while pedalling l, or the gears don't move to the next sprocket when the trigger is pulled... I'm going to try again tonight after work, bit I'd like to talk to the seller a out this issue.... a brand new bike out of the box should change gears.... I think.

Only about a -0.3 degree change, but that is better than nothing. Double bonus in that it is beneficial for handling and for clearance for running wheels with somewhat more aggressive offsets. I'm looking to buy Enkei RPF1's. I am undecided if I should go with the 17 or 18 inch size for stock suspension. I am driving a coupe and have always felt the RPF1 visually looks 2 sizes smaller than they actually are, but I don't want to install coilovers yet - maybe in a few years, but not now. This active suspension preserves more of the forward motion energy that would normally be lost as the suspension allows the wheelchair to bob and sag. It also allows the wheelchair to ride over curbs and bumps that might have stopped traditional wheelchairs, giving users better access to places where ramps haven’t yet been installed.
