When I first saw the notice about this company and its products, I thought: who can resist such things? Many of the bicyclists that I know, want to share the joy of their hobby/obsession, sometimes by wearing t-shirts or jerseys with logos on them. - The suspension blocks are just over two blocks in length, making proper 1-1 alignment with the rails impossible. Their models also stick out in other places making clipping an issue.
The wheelchair application seems to run straight into the eternal problem with sprung wheels. Without dampers, they bounce badly, as sometimes seen in tractors fitted with buckets on a bad road. You have to pay a restocking fee because we now need to pay individuals to return, clean up, and restock the item to our shelves to be resold. These are large items and take a lot of work to be put back into our inventory. Yes, while we can't guarantee that a product will never fail, as long as spacers are installed and measured for correctly they are generally safe. If your purchase does not fit, you can certainly return the product however, a return and restocking fee of 20% will apply. The product can also not be used/driven on in any way. We highly recommend a test fit once you get your new wheels, please bolt them up (carefully) and spin them on the vehicle before driving on them to ensure they fit correctly. I started to remove the bike and it came out easily. I began removing the padding and cutting zip ties. Everything looked great although I was a bit concerned as there were no instructions included. Upon further unpacking, I could easily see there were minor steps to assembly which became self explanatory. I screwed in the right peddle and a small bearing fell into my hand. I called the number on the bike and explained the situation. In under 10 mins, a new peddle was on its way free of charge. I completed the assembly and took it for a test drive. The bike felt solid and drove like a champ! This is going to be a fun bike to use on the trails!! Bike arrived yesterday, so I put it together last night, and attempted to ride it. The gears don't change properly, and the chain constantly runs on the chain guard. Tries to adjust the gears, but to no avail. I got it close but either the chain runs while pedalling l, or the gears don't move to the next sprocket when the trigger is pulled... I'm going to try again tonight after work, bit I'd like to talk to the seller a out this issue.... a brand new bike out of the box should change gears.... I think.

The added components don’t make the wheels all that much heavier, too, as each Loopwheel only weighs 300 grams more than a similar spoked equivalent. Because they use hubs and rims similar to standard wheels, they can be installed on any bicycle designed to take 20-inch wheels. Other sizes may come soon, although that will likely depend on how well the current size sells.
