Our Loopwheels for wheelchairs help you push over uneven streets, rough tracks and gravel paths more easily, and the carbon springs can give you extra power to get up or down kerbs. They reduce jolting and vibration, by as much as two thirds compared with a spoked wheel. Some customers tell us this helps them manage discomfort.

Casters With Suspension

This is just something i thought of the instant i saw these, they do look fun though but if indeed they do feel like your “going up hill” all the time they’d have to be VERY fun to be worth the extra effort. I guess for crazy obstacles??
Have you owned this car from day 1? because that's definitely not sitting at the stock height. lol. .

The big limitation that I can see, is that if there is any deflection when the rider gets on the bike, that means that the rider is essentially pedaling uphill all the time (Because he has to compress the springs as he moves forward). The other problem is that unless the springs are precisely calibrated to the riders weight this will really destroy the rolling efficiency of the bicycle. Malcolm Jacks May 23, 2020 03:09 AM

i’d like to see side by side freewheel tests for riders, i think they might be radically less efficient than regular wheels (more comfy maybe :). Loopwheels ($300+) give you that comfortable ride you’ve been looking for. If you have a folding commuter bike like a Dahon Mu Uno, which doesn’t come with its own suspension system, then you neeed to take a look at Loopwheels. These suspension wheels allow you take bumps, curbs, and potholes in comfort with reduced vibration. The Loopwheel doesn’t fit every bike. It’s a 20″ wheel with specific clearance requirements, so check out their Kickstarter page to see if your bike is an option.

The arm may be broadened into a V shape with two pivots, either side by side or with the inner pivot slightly behind the front one - a semi-trailing arm. Trailing arms are usually found at the rear only. A trailing-arm suspension on a rear-wheel-drive car. The arm is attached to the rear wheel hub and broadens into a V whose two arms extend forward to pivot on the frame. The differential is fixed to the frame and the drive shafts have universal joints.

Need looks and performance? Coilover suspension is a great option for anyone looking to lower their center of gravity while improving overall handling. Most coilover kits offer both ride height and dampening adjustability while coming in a complete package that will replace your stock springs and shock absorbers.
At first glance, most of us think: wow, this trike is big! And it’s heavy! Trust me: it’s not *that* big, nor heavy. Sure, it’s not tiny nor very light, but first impressions can be deceiving. It’s the three 24″ wheels that give it that look. Once you actually stand next to it, then sit on it, and especially if you have other trikes nearby, you’ll find that it’s not really so very different in overall dimensions than most other trikes. Before I go further, let’s put the numbers up that so many are wanting to see, then we’ll talk about what this all may mean to you. I sent this bike back, the customer service from both amazon and schwinn, were impeccable, so much so, that I'm going to order another one, and hope it's not defective. My fingers are crossed, and I'll post again when the next one comes. maybe a bit expensive but good simple bike. I ordered 2 and for one of them the front wheel was really untrue, I had to replace it (Amazon was amazing with this).

There are three times when you should get your steering and suspension systems inspected. Every 50,000 miles (approximately 80,000 km). As part of your annual service or any time your car is in for routine service and the steering and suspension systems are accessible. When your tyres are replaced. When your brakes are serviced. When your oil and filters are changed.

The pics i've seen so far have been fine so I doubt there will be a huge change but nonetheless, your best bet would be finding a picture of a stock suspension car with the same sized wheels and offsets that you want.
