I'm shopping around for prices on a suspension upgrade, new tires, and new wheels for my rig. I've been quoted $4k for a Bilstein 5100's all around with OME springs both front and rear and SPC Upper control arms. The $4k is for ALL parts + installation, and includes the wheels and tires. They are BFG KO2's and TRD Pro wheels. Is this reasonable? I'm completely new the world of mods and upgrades and don't want to get ripped off. For those who may suggest I try the work myself, I live in a small studio apartment with no garage or space for tools :/ Reply With Quote 623spartan View Public Profile Find More Posts by 623spartan 03-15-2020, 10:00 PM #2 So about $1,250 in labor - not horrible but I would shop around a little. Labor on this should be about 6-8 hours? Maybe can find someone local willing to work with you, teach you a few things for some pizza and brews? Make a buddy along the way! Edit - if you're lifting 2"/2.5" or less could probably drop the SPCs and save a few bucks Last edited by Sundy; 03-15-2020 at 10:49 PM. The steering and suspension systems are important for both your safety and comfort when driving as they ensure a smooth ride as your car travels over bumpy roads. The two systems are usually talked about together as they are directly related to each other. However, what does each system do? When do you need to check these important systems? And, how can you tell if either system is damaged in some way? .

In today’s full-suspension mountain bikes, the front and rear shocks do excellent jobs lessening those impact forces. And that helps keep riders logging miles and turning switchbacks.

Second, we do A LOT of volume. This enables suppliers to rationalize giving us some of the best pricing in the industry, and once again that low price can then be passed on to our customers.
How is that ? Do the jacks being driven into the ground by the weight of the chassis slide ? Does your table, grill, chairs, slide down the site ? Do you have brakes in them ? I did rear brake jobs on large trucks, when I jacked them up, they stayed right where I parked them.

Loop Folding Bike

Loopwheels replace conventional bike spokes with a group of 3 springs made of carbon composites. Each wheel's spring trifecta works synchronously as a self-correcting system, with connectors that attach them to the hub and rim, and a configuration designed for optimum compression, lateral stability, and smooth torque transfer between wheel parts. The effects: increased comfort; reduced vibration; and easy riding. Also, they look pretty.

"My mobility has been hugely limited due to pain, and when I’m outdoors I’m reliant on my wheelchair. Potholes, cracks, cobbles: when you have chronic pain, you feel every tiny vibration like a knife. The Loopwheels took only a few seconds to fit and I immediately noticed a big difference. Loopwheels definitely reduce the pain of going over bumps, kerbs and cobbles . . . the addition of Loopwheels to my chair has made every trip out far more comfortable." So how does it work? Well, a suspension fork (spoke suspension) only works on one plane. The Loopwheels on the other hand, provide what Loopwheels call, “tangential suspension.” Basically, they work in every direction, according to Loopwheels.com. So, they respond “to a force hit head-on in the same way as they do to a force from above or below.” This gives riders a smooth ride, instead of the lumpy, vibrating ride they are used to.

  • Wheelchair Comfort

There is a lot of research to show that ‘whole body vibration’ is associated with fatigue and lower back pain, increased spasticity (muscle contraction), and an increase in pressure sores and has an impact on bladder control.

Outside the pivots the bar bends back and one end is attached to each wheel, usually through one or two flexible rubber bushes.
