Loopwheels use an off-the-shelf bicycle wheel but removes the spokes in place of a spring system between the hub and the rim for integral suspension. That suspension is made up of three carbon composite springs that act as shock absorbers with 45mm of travel, cushioning the rider for a smooth and comfortable ride. Unlike standard bike suspension systems, it provides tangential suspension, allowing your ride to absorb shocks from all directions — even from the front and rear.
The added components don’t make the wheels all that much heavier, too, as each Loopwheel only weighs 300 grams more than a similar spoked equivalent. Because they use hubs and rims similar to standard wheels, they can be installed on any bicycle designed to take 20-inch wheels. Other sizes may come soon, although that will likely depend on how well the current size sells.
The pics i've seen so far have been fine so I doubt there will be a huge change but nonetheless, your best bet would be finding a picture of a stock suspension car with the same sized wheels and offsets that you want.
Basically, the steering system allows the driver to guide the vehicle. The steering wheel is connected, via the steering column and a series of pivoted joints, to the suspension system. This allows the wheels to move up and down as required by the road surface without changing the steering angle. This system also ensures that the wheels turn as required, for example the inner front wheel (which has a tighter curve than the outer one) is more sharply angled when cornering. Like the suspension system, the steering system also requires precise adjustment, as any looseness in the joints can make the steering dangerous.

Two of the cheapest identical Invacare wheelchairs were bought and one was modified with the Air Suspension Wheel technology. Zoltan (the inventor) has never been in a wheelchair before and therefore it may seem a bit clumsy, but definitely nothing was done intentionally. Better keep your large-diameter, low-profile alloy wheel and tire set for the summer months, when the frost heaves have quit poking Buick-sized boulders through the road surface. For years, the aftermarket has provided wheels in the most gargantuan sizes possible, wrapping them in tires with sidewalls as thin as an o-ring. As beltlines rise, greenhouses shrink, and wheel arches become more pronounced, manufacturers are routinely shoeing their cars — even relatively sedate family sedans — with wheels 19 and even 20 inches in diameter. They look great, but their durability and expense is questionable, at best. Not long ago — well into the 2000s — most daily driver sedans came with something along the lines of a 205/60R15 tire (See this diagram to explain the numbers). Tires in these sizes typically offer a good compromise between road-holding and ride, providing a nice, fat contact patch with the road, yet allowing some flexibility in the sidewall to soak up pavement irregularities.
